Class A Member
A Member who operates one or more vessels which transports, stores, or handles bulk oil as cargo, in the waters of the State of Alaska.
Class B Member
A Member who operates an oil terminal or oil storage facility for any use other than for personal consumption.
Class C Member
A Member who operates one or more vessels defined as a non-tank vessel under Alaska or federal law. The operator’s response plan facilitator or association may apply for membership in lieu of the non-tank vessel operator.
Class D Member
A Member who does not meet the definition of Class A through Class C, and who is involved in the commercial or industrial end use of oil.
Class E Member
A Member who does not meet the definition of Class A through D.
